| Master's Message #3 April - June |
|
Welcome Brothers, First and foremost I would like to apologize for taking so long to get a trestleboard out to you. The year is quickly moving along and we have accomplished a lot and also have many exciting events coming up. I encourage you to join us, as the fulfillment and camaraderie of being in lodge together helps keep a lodge strong and active. I would like to congratulate our Officers and Brothers, who participated in our Annual Inspection, a wonderful job was done by all. I am very proud of our two youngest Master Masons Bros. George Cassidy and Matthew Goodwin, who performed an excellent E.A. lecture. Keep up the good work Brothers! The evening was a lot of fun and was preceded by an excellent dinner. Thank you to all that helped. We have some excellent events coming up soon, and invite all members to participate. Granite Lodge is hosting a C.H.I.P. Event at the Haddam-Killingworth High School on the 28th of March, for the towns annual Snoopy Fair. The CHIP program is a great way to help our neighbors and give back something to our community. Also, we will be hosting our second annual Granite Lodge "Open House". We ask that you attend and bring a friend along. We hope to help spark interest in Masonry and share this wonderful fraternity. We also have an Awards night planned with many presentations, and coming in June our annual picnic. Again please join us in Lodge the second and fourth Wednesdays. If you would like a ride please contact another brother or myself, we are always willing to help out. Once again Brothers I hope to see you in lodge with our officers and me. Fraternally yours, Michael Jascot |
